Jiangsu Doway New Material Science & Technologies Co.,Ltd. was established in 2003, which is now a National High-tech Enterprise. It is located in Suqian Economic Development Zone, a national economic development zone. It is an entity company that integrates chemical fiber monofilament production, new product development, chemical fiber engineering technology services and trade in textiles and fiber products.
Our company has participated in making and revising a number of national and industrial standards, including Conductive Polyethylene Monofilament, Synthetic Fiber-Test Method for Flexural Resistance Properties of Monofilament, Polyester Monofilament, Polyamide 6 Monofilament and Polypropylene Monofilament. Our comany has been making the industry standard on POM Monofilament as the leader. In May 2022, it was approved as the pilot project of new polymer monofilament standardization for strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province, and the project was officially launched on July 6,2022 in our company. It will be finished in July of 2024.
Our company is supported by Donghua University (formerly China Textile University) , and has a large number of high-level and high-quality scientific and technological personnel. It not only has a large number of production capacity of various kinds of chemical fiber monofilaments (polyesters, polyolefins, polyamides, high performance including PHBV, PPS, TPEE, POM and Low melting point monofilaments, etc.), but also has the ability to undertake the research of new chemical fiber materials, to produce and develop special varieties according to customer requirements and the ability to develop chemical fiber engineering projects. Our products are mainly used in home textiles (mattresses, cushions, etc.) , automotive (cushions, mats, etc.) , industrial screen, screen, ribbon (jewelry, elastic belts for medical protection on the waist, knee, wrist, car seat belts, etc.) , filter materials, industrial conveyor belts, network pipe weaving, dust removal in power plants and other aspects.
